These terms govern your use of the Workli platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it current.

3. The platform

Workli is a managed services marketplace. Clients post projects; vetted experts deliver them. Workli is the contracting party for delivery on accepted offers.

4. Fees

Posting projects is free. When you accept an offer, you pay the total offer price — Workli's service margin is included in that price.

5. Content

You retain ownership of materials you post. By posting them, you grant Workli a non-exclusive license to use them as needed to operate the service and fulfill accepted projects.
